What if I have a complaint?

A complaint may be made in writing, by telephone or by email.  Complaints should be directed to the CEOs using the relevant contact details for post or telephone listed above. If you wish to submit your complaint via email please send it to ceo@consumeraction.org.au

Written confirmation of complaints made in writing will be sent within 5 days. The complainant will be advised within 14 days of the outcome of the investigation, or of any additional time required to adequately investigate the complaint.
