Consumer Action does not just provide free legal advice and representation to consumers. We also actively campaign to improve consumer rights and to stop unfair - and sometimes unlawful - business practices that are harming consumers.
Much of our work relies on members of the public. As consumers, you tell us about problems you’ve experienced and get involved in our campaign work to achieve change. Consumers also challenge unlawful practices with the help of our legal team.
