Our legal practice aims to achieve redress for low-income, vulnerable and disadvantaged consumers who have suffered loss in any one of a variety of consumer law disputes.
Our legal practice includes a litigation and dispute resolution division, as well as a telephone advice line staffed by expert solicitors, an outreach project for regional Victoria, and advice and assistance for community and public sector caseworkers who themselves advocate on behalf of consumers.
