If you are indigenous and you have a consumer law problem, there are several options for you to seek help.
Consumers living in rural and regional Victoria can call the consumer legal practice on 1300 881 020 for the cost of a local call.
You can also seek on-line legal advice.
Consumer Action also conducts outreach visits to some areas in rural and regional Victoria. If you want to meet with a Consumer Action lawyer in person in your area you should contact us about our Outreach Project and make an appointment to meet with a Consumer Action lawyer when we are next in your area.
In addition to Consumer Action, you can download a list of organisations, including specific Indigenous organisations, in different areas that may be able to help you.
